The Web of Loki
A poisonous, living Web surrounds the Norwegian village of Tuntre, which keeps the residents isolated and terrified. The web-shaped scar on Ingrid Hansen’s face is a constant reminder of this threat. Therefore, Ingrid is left ostracized and feared by most.
As high school nears its end, a future as miserable as her past lays before Ingrid. A mysterious journal appears and it is written to Ingrid specifically. The strange diary states Ingrid is the origin of the Web – and she alone can set her town free. Now, with her only friends by her side, Ingrid must find out if she can be the hero she longs to be.
The hardest monster to defeat is one she may not be ready to confront.
